Garage Gym Barbell 12-11 Max Effort Lower

Strength

1) ME  5 Rep Weighted Good Morning

2) Then 3 rounds of:

  • 20-30 seated banded leg curls
  • 6-8 kick stand deadlift *scale to weighted split squat if needed
  • 3-6 Squat Cleans *scale to power clean + front squat

3) 5 rounds of:

  • 12 plank to row (6 each side)
  • 12 ab mat sit ups
  • 5 weighted box jumps

4) Reverse hyper 3x10-15 *heavy. During the duration of class to get these done when the machine is free.
