  • 8-10 Reverse Hyper
  • 10-15 weighted sit ups
  • 10-15 banded hamstring curls

2) Back Squats 8x2x65%

3) 8 Rounds of 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:

  • kettle bell swings
  • handstand holds or plank holds
  • goblet squats
