Thursday 11-2-17 Lower Body Workout

Thursday's Lower Body Workout (VIDEO OF MOVEMENTS IN LINK BELOW)

1) 5 rounds of the following:

  • 6 deadlifts
  • 12 reverse dumbbell lunges(6 each side)
  • 10 burpee to pull up

2) Then, 6 rounds of 30 secs work/ 20 secs rest of the following:

  • banded hip thrusters
  • jumping lunges


    *Always take 10mins to do a dynamic warm up and end your workout with stretching. If your a beginner, seek out guidance on the movements or feel free to message for help.
