Strength:

1) Max Effort Deadlift with chains Or Bands

2)Then 5rds of:

  • 8 Power Clean to Front Squat
  • 12 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 Burpees

3) Then 3rds of:

  • 10 Weighted Sit ups
  • 6 FireFlies
