Tuesday Upper Body
1) dynamic bench 12x2x55% +chains or bands
2) Then 3 rounds of:
- 8-10 pull ups
- 12 landmine rows (6 each side)
- 12 tricep press
3) Then 6 rounds 30sec work/10 secs rest of:
- dumbbell snatches
- inch worm to pushup
- abs: alternate between scissors, sit ups, planks etc.
NOTES:
For scaling:
- pull ups use bands, inverted pull up or jumping pull up
- tricep work can be any movement you prefer and that feels right for you, just work them hard
