Tuesday Upper Body

1) dynamic bench 12x2x55% +chains or bands

2) Then 3 rounds of:

  • 8-10 pull ups
  • 12 landmine rows (6 each side)
  • 12 tricep press

3) Then 6 rounds 30sec work/10 secs rest of:

  • dumbbell snatches
  • inch worm to pushup
  • abs: alternate between scissors, sit ups, planks etc.

 NOTES:

For scaling:

  • pull ups use bands, inverted pull up or jumping pull up
  • tricep work can be any movement you prefer and that feels right for you, just work them hard
