Garage Gym Barbell Wednesday 12-6 Recovery Work

Wednesday is our recovery day, that can include a recovery workout. 

1) after a warm up round, Complete 3 rounds of:

  • 8-15 Reverse Hyper *light
  • 3-5 sled drags
  • 2 min jump rope

2) 3-5 min abs

3) Mobility work
