- Bench volume 6x6x60% *wide
- Upright rows 3x15
- Chest supported rows 3x15
- bicep curls 3x15
then 3-4 rounds of “Max effort reps” of:
- hang power cleans *light
- DB bench press
- Pull ups *use bands or substitute with ring rows or lat pull downs if needed
- rest 2 mins after each round
