Garage Gym Barbell 9-7-18 upper body

  • Bench volume 6x6x60% *wide
  • Upright rows 3x15 
  • Chest supported rows 3x15
  • bicep curls 3x15

then 3-4 rounds of “Max effort reps” of: 

  • hang power cleans *light 
  • DB bench press 
  • Pull ups *use bands or substitute  with ring rows or lat pull downs if needed 
  • rest 2 mins after each round
