Garage Gym Barbell 9-27-18 lower body

  • Squats 10x2x60% + chains *for Oct comp - 6x3x50% no deads 
  • Deadlifts *opposite style 3x6-8x50%
  • Banded hamstring curls 3x30

then 4 rounds 

  • 12 DB front squat to reverse lunge  (1 rep = 1 squat + 1 lunge left & right) *heavy
  • 50 feet heavy duck walk x 40% of deadlift or heavy bag carry
