- Squat, Work up to 80%, 85%, 90%+
- 3x30 banded hamstring curl
- 3x20 seated sumo goodmornings
then 3 rounds of:
- 10 hanging leg raises
- 20 weighted step downs (10 each side) *keep foot on box and step down
- 30 plate ground to overhead
