- Bench 6x6x60% *add 5lbs if moving well *wide grip
- Dumbbell single arm floor press 2x8-10 (each side)
- upright rows 4x10-15
- rear delt fly 4x10-15
- banded sling shot rows 4x10-15(each side)
then 4 rounds of:
- 40secs bottoms up kettlebell walks
- 40secs hang powercleans *light
- 40secs seated sled pull
