  • 3x6-8 lying tricep ext
  • 3x20 dB skull crushers 

then 6 -8 rounds of tabata 20 secs/10 secs

  • Lateral box jumps 
  • Plate ground to overhead 
  • Burpee
  • rest 20 secs
