  • work up to a 1 Rep Max Bench (with no feet- raise feet to bench) 
  • 2x”max reps” DB floor press 
  • 2x20 banded slingshot rows
  • 2x”max reps” pull ups 

then 5 rounds of:

  • 4 push Press 
  • 6 power clean 
  • 8 Barbell rows
