Garage Gym Barbell 7-2-18 Volume upper body
- 6x6x70% Bench wide grip *add 5lbs from last if possible
- Work up to a 10 rep max push press
- 10-15 bottoms up kettlebell press
- 10-15 chest supported rows
Then 6 rounds of:
- 4 single arm dumbbell press (each arm) *heavy as possible with good form
- 6 box jumps
- 8 push ups
