Garage Gym Barbell 7-2-18 Volume upper body

  • 6x6x70% Bench wide grip *add 5lbs from last if possible
  • Work up to a 10 rep max push press
Then 3-4 rounds of:   *use one rounds as a warm up to weight if needed
  • 10-15 bottoms up kettlebell press
  • 10-15 chest supported rows

Then 6 rounds of:

  • 4 single arm dumbbell press (each arm) *heavy as possible with good form
  • 6 box jumps
  • 8 push ups
