  • Bench 6x6x70% wide grip 
  • 3x10 tricep Press 
  • 3x10-15 bicep curls 

then: 

  • 50 push press 
  • 20 burpees 
  • 40 push ups
  • 15 burpees 
  • 30 wall balls 
  • 10 burpees 

*sub in balls slams fo burpees if needed
