Strength Work

  • Box Squats 12x2x50% + 25%chain  or band tension
  • Reverse Hyper or Back extension 3x10-15 *heavy
  • 100 reps of glute hip thruster

Conditioning:

4 rounds of:

  • 4 Deadlifts @60%
  • 6 Box Jumps

4 rounds of:

  • 4 Front Squats @60%
  • 6 Jumping Lunges
