  • Box Squats 3x2x65%, 2x2x70%, 2x2x75%, 2x1x80%
  • reverse hyper or back extension 3x10-15
  • banded glute kickback 3x20 (each side)

then 8 rounds of 20secs work 10 rest:

  • stiff leg to front squat
  • Wall balls
  • Broad Jumps
