- Box Squats 3x2x65%, 2x2x70%, 2x2x75%, 2x1x80%
- reverse hyper or back extension 3x10-15
- banded glute kickback 3x20 (each side)
then 8 rounds of 20secs work 10 rest:
- stiff leg to front squat
- Wall balls
- Broad Jumps
