Garage Gym Barbell 6-11-18 lower body

Strength Work

  • Work up to a 1 Rep Max box squat.. use specialty bar if possible 
  • reverse hyper or back extension 3x10-15
  • reverse lunges 3x12 (6 each side) *heavy

then 4 rounds of: 

  • 8 thrusters 
  • 8 pull ups 
  • 10 Box Jumps
