Strength Work
- Work up to a 1 Rep Max box squat.. use specialty bar if possible
- reverse hyper or back extension 3x10-15
- reverse lunges 3x12 (6 each side) *heavy
then 4 rounds of:
- 8 thrusters
- 8 pull ups
- 10 Box Jumps
