- Box Squat 12x2x60% + 25% chain or band
- rack pulls *below knees 6x2x50% +chains or band
10 mins of as many rounds as possible:
- 3 Front Squats
- 6 deadlifts
- 9 dumbbell push press
- 12 plate jump overs
* for Barbell weight..pick a weight that you can easily front squat 6x
