Strength Work

  • bench 3x5x75%, 3x2x80%, 2x2x85%, if weight moves well do 2x1x90+%
  • 2xmax Effort reps incline dumbbell press 

then 3-4 rounds of:

  • 10-12 landmine rows 
  • 5-8 pull ups *scale as needed
  • 10-12 bicep curls 

then:

  • 100 Barbell tricep presses
  • 100 Barbell elevated push ups
  • 100 sit ups on bench with ab matt
