Strength Work
- bench 3x5x75%, 3x2x80%, 2x2x85%, if weight moves well do 2x1x90+%
- 2xmax Effort reps incline dumbbell press
then 3-4 rounds of:
- 10-12 landmine rows
- 5-8 pull ups *scale as needed
- 10-12 bicep curls
then:
- 100 Barbell tricep presses
- 100 Barbell elevated push ups
- 100 sit ups on bench with ab matt
