- work up to a 3 Rep Max Bench, then work up to a 1 Rep Max (1) Board, then (2) Board,
then 3 rounds of:
- 20 H-Rolls
- 5-10 pull ups
- 20 banded sling shot (each arm)
then 40,30,20,10
- Sit up
- powerclean *increase weight each set example:35lb,45lb,55lb,65lb
