Strength work
- Work up to a 1 Rep floor press +chains
then 3 rounds of:
- 10-15 “extra” close grip bench
- 8-10 overhead tricep ext
then 10 rounds of:
- 5 DB Snatch right side
- 5 DB push press left side
- 5 burpees
- 10 sit ups
