Strength work

  • Work up to a 1 Rep floor press +chains 

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 10-15 “extra” close grip bench 
  • 8-10 overhead tricep ext

then 10 rounds of: 

  • 5 DB Snatch right side
  • 5 DB push press left side 
  • 5 burpees 
  • 10 sit ups
