Strength Work
- Bench 5x5x75% close grip
- barbell row 5x6
then 3 rounds of:
- 10 bicep curls
- 10 push up from elevated barbell
- 10 bent over row (each side)
- 10 Arnold presses
then 4 rounds of:
- 30 secs of flutter kicks with plate raise
- 30 sec rope climb sit up
