Strength Work 

  • Work up to a 1 Rep Max (1 Board Press), Work up to a 1 Rep Max (2 Board Press), Work up to a 1 Rep (3 Board Press) 
  • 2x20 Dumbbell Press 

Then 6 rounds of: 

  • 3 shoulder press
  • 6 power clean 
  • 9 push ups
