  • ball slams 

Strength Work

  • bench 9x3x50% +band or chain *all three grips 3-wide, 3-med, 3-narrow
  • 3x1min banded reverse Bench
  • 3x1min bicep curls 
  • 3x1min banded facepulls 
  • 3x1min sit ups 

then tabata 20/10 8 rounds:
