  • 3x10-15 back ext or reverse hyper *heavy
  • 3x20 banded hamstring curls 

then:

4 rounds of: 

  • 8 Stiffleg deadlift to front squat 
  • 10 wall balls 

4 rounds of: 

  • 6 power cleans
  • 6 pull ups
