Strength work

  • work up to a Max Effort push press 
  • 2x20 dumbbell floor press

then 20 mins of:

  • 7 hanging leg raises
  • 8 dips (scale to Box dips if needed)
  • 10 Box jump overs

Do as many rounds as possible in 20mins
