Strength work
- bench 6x6x60% if weight is moving well, add 5lbs
then, 4 rounds of
- 8-12 Pin press skull crushers *set pins above face and land bar to pins.. press up
- Push ups 4x Max Effort *add weight if possible
then,
- 100 front to back shoulder press *light weight
- 100 kettlebell swings
- 100 sit ups
*break up in sets if needed
