Strength work

  • bench 6x6x60% if weight is moving well, add 5lbs

then, 4 rounds of

  • 8-12 Pin press skull crushers *set pins above face and land bar to pins.. press up 
  • Push ups 4x Max Effort *add weight if possible 


  • 100 front to back shoulder press *light weight 
  • 100 kettlebell swings 
  • 100 sit ups 

*break up in sets if needed
