1) Box Squat 5x5x55% + 25% band or chain tension *below parallel
2) Work up to a heavy 3 rep max Deadlift
3) Then:
20-15-10
- Overhead squats *scale to dumbbell Thrusters if needed
- toes to bar
- burpees
4) 200 reps ab of choice
