Garage Gym Barbell 3-8-18 Lower body

1) Box Squat 5x5x55% + 25% band or chain tension *below parallel

2) Work up to a heavy 3 rep max Deadlift

3) Then:

20-15-10

  • Overhead squats *scale to dumbbell Thrusters if needed
  • toes to bar
  • burpees

4) 200 reps ab of choice
