1) Bench 6x6x65%

2) Work up to a heavy 1 rep Power Clean

3) Then 5 rounds of:

  • 6 Power cleans
  • 8 Push ups
  • 10 kettlebell swings

4) Then 8 rounds tabata of: 

  • plank hold
  • butt kickers
