Strength Work

  • Max Effort Bench “no leg drive” - lift up legs to bench 

Auxiliary Work

  • 3x”max effort reps” front shoulder raise *light/moderate weight 
  • 3x”max effort reps” tricep pull downs 

Conditioning Work

4 rounds of: 

  • 10 dumbbell floor press
  • 10 Russian twist 
  • 10 hanging knee raises/leg raises
  • 10 lateral jump overs
