- Max Effort Bench “no leg drive” - lift up legs to bench
Auxiliary Work
- 3x”max effort reps” front shoulder raise *light/moderate weight
- 3x”max effort reps” tricep pull downs
Conditioning Work
4 rounds of:
- 10 dumbbell floor press
- 10 Russian twist
- 10 hanging knee raises/leg raises
- 10 lateral jump overs
