  • 3x”max reps” snatch grip Barbell rows *light/moderate weight
  • 3x60sec plank hold

Conditioning Work

3 rounds of: 

  • 5 pull ups 
  • 10 push ups 
  • 15 kettlebells swings 35lbs

3 rounds of:

  • 8 power cleans 85lbs
  • 8 front squats 85lbs
  • 8 box jumps
