Strength Work

  • Max Effort Box Squat above parallel 
  • set box just above parallel. For proper box squat review (here) 

Auxiliary Work

  • 3x5 Barbell front squats @55% 
  • 3x6-8 dumbbell Bulgarian split squat 
  • 3x20-30 banded abductor 

Conditioning 

2 rounds of: 

  • 50 wall ball
  • 50 weighted walking lunges 15lbs *scale as needed 
  • 20 burpees
