Auxiliary Work
- 3x5 Barbell front squats @55%
- 3x6-8 dumbbell Bulgarian split squat
- 3x20-30 banded abductor
Conditioning
2 rounds of:
- 50 wall ball
- 50 weighted walking lunges 15lbs *scale as needed
- 20 burpees
