1) Max Effort Floor Press + chains

2) 10mins handstand, headstand work or crow pose practice

3) 5 rounds of or 20 mins of:

  • 6 powercleans @60%
  • 6 front to behind the neck presses
  • 20 lateral box jumps *scale as needed
