*3rd week of a 3 week waive
1) Box Squat 7x3x65% + 20% band or chain tension
2) Deadlifts 10x2x50% Plus 30% chain or band resistance
**class deload: skip squats & deadlifts
3) Then:
4 rounds of:
- 6 front squats @50%
- 6 stiff leg dedllfts
- 10-15 reverse hyper or back extentions
then:
5 rounds of:
- 15 wall ball shots
- 10 box jumps
- 20 walking lunges
