- 10-15 landmine rows
- 15-20 banded lat pulls
3 rounds of:
- 10-15 barbell tricep floor press
- 20 tricep pull downs
3 rounds of:
- 10 push ups
- 10 box dips
- 10 inverted pull ups
- 20 v crunches
