1) Bench 6x6x70%

  • *if your just joining in on the program, start with a lighter percentage
Class deload- 3x20 Dumbbell press *can be any press of your choice: incline, decline, flat, floor, or overhead.


2) Then:

3 rounds of:

  • 10-15 landmine rows
  • 15-20 banded lat pulls

3 rounds of:

  • 10-15 barbell tricep floor press
  • 20 tricep pull downs

3 rounds of:

  • 10 push ups
  • 10 box dips
  • 10 inverted pull ups
  • 20 v crunches
