Garage Gym Barbell 2-9-18 Upper body
1) Max Effort Bench w/feet raised *raise feet on bench to remove leg drive
2) Then 3 rounds of:
- JM Press 3x "max effort reps"
- Tricep Roll backs 3x"max effort reps"
4) 6 rounds of:
- 5 clean & press *if unable to to use a barbell, sub in with dumbbells and increase reps
- 10 pushups
- 20 kettlebell swings
5) 100 tricep pull downs
