1) Board Press 6x6x60% +bands or chains, then work up to a heavy 1 rep
- If the weight moves well, work up to a heavy 1 rep after your 6x6 sets.. If your not feeling strong today, skip and move on
2) Then 4 rounds of:
- 8 power snatches
- 8 pull ups
- 20 burpees
3) Tabata 8 rounds 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- banded tricep pull downs
- banded banded rows *attach band to rack, brace and pull with back
- half turkish get up (right side)
- half turkish get up (left side)
