Garage Gym Barbell 2-27-18 Upper Body

1) Board Press 6x6x60% +bands or chains, then work up to a heavy 1 rep

  • If the weight moves well, work up to a heavy 1 rep after your 6x6 sets.. If your not feeling strong today, skip and move on

2) Then 4 rounds of:

  • 8 power snatches
  • 8 pull ups
  • 20 burpees

3) Tabata 8 rounds 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • banded tricep pull downs
  • banded banded rows *attach band to rack, brace and pull with back
  • half turkish get up (right side)
  • half turkish get up (left side)
