Garage Gym Barbell 2-23-18 Upper Body

1) Max Effort Push Press

  • beginners, work up to a 3-5 rep max Strict Press
  • keep form in check, "hollow body" on all overhead movements

2)Push Press 3x6-8 @70%

3)Then 3 rounds of:

  • 20 Front delt raises
  • 20 banded sling shot rows (each side)
  • 20 dumbbell floor presses

4) Cupid shuffle abs!  If your working from your own garage, get creative and show us!
