1) Max Effort Push Press
- beginners, work up to a 3-5 rep max Strict Press
- keep form in check, "hollow body" on all overhead movements
2)Push Press 3x6-8 @70%
3)Then 3 rounds of:
- 20 Front delt raises
- 20 banded sling shot rows (each side)
- 20 dumbbell floor presses
