Garage Gym Barbell 2-22-18 Lower
1) Box Squats 6x3x60% + chains or bands **3rd week waive
- chain or band tension should be around 25%
- if you don't have access to chains or bands, use 85% bar weight
- Beginners stay light and work on form
- If your just starting in on our program, this is the 3rd week of a 3 week waive... go back and start at week one.
2) Deficit Deadlifts 10x2x50% +chains or bands
- stand on 2inch plate for deficit
3) 3 rounds of:
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 20 weighted box step ups (10 each side)
- 20 reverse lunges
