1) Max Effort Floor Press to 1 or 2 boards
2) 2x "max effort reps" incline dumbbell bench press
3) 6 rounds of:
- 8 Power cleans
- 8 toes to bar/ knee raises
- 8 single arm push press ( each side)
4) 100 Rear Delt Flys
