Garage Gym Barbell 2-13-18 Upper body
1) Bench 6x6 wide grip *add 5lbs to last weeks weight
2) 4 rounds of:
- 1min rows
- 1min bicep curl
- 1min push press
3) 5 rounds of 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest:
- weight sit ups
- leg lowers
- burpees *scale to walk out inch worms if needed
