1) Seated Sumo Deadlift 4x2half pull + 1 pull

2) Single leg deadlift 4x6 (each side)

3) Then 8 rounds of 20/10

  • jumping lunges
  • air squats
  • wall ball slam

4) 50 banded glute kickbacks (each side)
