1) Max Effort Board Bench + chains or bands

2) Tricep press 3x20

3) 3 rounds of:

  • 8-10 heavy landmine row
  • 20 dumbbell rows *moderate
  • 20 dumbbell incline press

4) 5 rounds of:

  • 4-6 power cleans
  • 8-10 box jumps
  • "max effort reps" hanging knee raises
