Garage Gym Barbell 12-28 Thursday Lower
1) Box Squat 5x5x55% + bands or chains
2) Rack Pull, work up to a heavy pull
3) Then 4 rounds of:
- 8 stiff leg deadlift to front squat
- 10 wall balls
- 20 weighted crunches
4) Then:
- 3x30 calf raises *reduce reps if first time training calves
- 3x20 woodchops
