Garage Gym Barbell 12-28 Thursday Lower

1) Box Squat 5x5x55% + bands or chains

2) Rack Pull, work up to a heavy pull

3) Then 4 rounds of:

  • 8 stiff leg deadlift to front squat
  • 10 wall balls
  • 20 weighted crunches

4) Then:

  • 3x30 calf raises *reduce reps if first time training calves
  • 3x20 woodchops
