1)Max Effort Box squat "below parallel" & close stance + bands or chains
2) Then:
- Weighted Goodmorning 3x10
- weighted walking lunges 3x30
- banded hanging knee raises 3xmax reps
3) Then 6 rounds of:
- 8 burpee box jump overs
- 20 kettle bell swings
