Garage Gym Barbell 12-25 Workout

1)Max Effort Box squat "below parallel" & close stance + bands or chains

2) Then:

  • Weighted Goodmorning 3x10
  • weighted walking lunges 3x30
  • banded hanging knee raises 3xmax reps

3) Then 6 rounds of:

  • 8 burpee box jump overs
  • 20 kettle bell swings
