1) ME Bench from Pins or ME Bench w/chains- "close grip"
2) Dumbbell bench press 2x"max reps"
3) Then:
- 100 banded lat pulls
- 100 skull crushers *light
- 100 snatch grip rows *light
4) Then 6 rounds of:
- 6 Power clean & press
- 6 push ups
- 6 burpees
