1) ME Bench from Pins or ME Bench w/chains- "close grip"

2) Dumbbell bench press 2x"max reps"

3) Then:

  • 100 banded lat pulls
  • 100 skull crushers *light
  • 100 snatch grip rows *light

4) Then 6 rounds of:

  • 6 Power clean & press
  • 6 push ups
  • 6 burpees
