1) Squat (no box) 8x3x70%
2) Deadlifts 5x2x80%
3)Then 5 rounds tabata 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:
- kettlebell swings
- jumping lunges
- plate ground to overhead
4) Then finish with:
- 3x10 Reverse Hyper *moderate weight
- 3x12-15 woodchops or ab of choice
