Strength
1) DE Squats 8x2x60% + band tension (3rd week waive)
2) Then 4 rounds of:
- 6 Sumo Deadlifts *light to moderate weight
- 15 Kettlebell swings
- 8 "explosive" wall balls *explode out of squat"
3) 100 glute kick backs
4) 100 ab of choice (1min plank= 25)
