1) Max Effort Concentric Squat from pins
*work up in weight- goal is to complete 3 "strains" or heavy lifts that you have to work hard for but do not fail.
**be sure to always record your records on max effort days
2) then 3x8 Weighted Goodmornings from pins
3) then:
5 rounds of 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:
- lateral box jumps
- kettlebell swings
5 rounds of 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:
- thruster
- mountain climber
4) 100 banded lying banded hamstring curls
