2) 3x6x65% Bench + chains

3) Then:

4 rounds of 30 secs work /10 secs rest of:

  • push press
  • russian twist

4 rounds of 30 secs work /10 secs rest of:

  • pull ups or rows
  • walk out half burpee
4) 100 snatch grip rows *light weight or barbell only
